We use personal information to provide and manage staffing and specialist services. We do not sell personal information for money. Payment card information is collected and processed by Stripe, not stored directly by LinTech Staffing.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to information collected through the LinTech Staffing website, lead and service-request forms, customer request tracker, credit top-up experience, communications, and related service operations. It does not govern a third party’s own website or service, even when we link to it.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Contact and business details, such as your name, email address, telephone number, company, and preferred contact method.
- Request and project information, including the service requested, timing, instructions, notes, uploaded files, examples, and communications.
- Account and team information for authorized administrators, staff, and employees.
- Credit and transaction information, including top-up amount, available credit balance, service charges, Stripe transaction identifiers, and payment status. Stripe processes payment-card details under its own privacy practices.
Information collected automatically
Our website and service providers may receive technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, referring pages, timestamps, diagnostic data, and basic usage activity needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
Information from service providers
We may receive confirmations and operational data from providers such as Stripe, Supabase, Google Drive, email providers, and website hosting services.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Review inquiries, communicate with you, recommend specialists, and deliver requested services.
- Create and maintain lead profiles, project folders, notes, work-time records, assignments, and service history.
- Process credit top-ups, calculate hourly charges, apply credits, prevent work from exceeding available credits, and maintain transaction records.
- Authenticate team members, apply role-based access, protect accounts, prevent misuse, and maintain system security.
- Operate request tracking, customer support, service communications, quality review, analytics, troubleshooting, and business administration.
- Comply with law, enforce agreements, resolve disputes, protect rights and safety, and establish or defend legal claims.
5. Project files and Google Drive links
Project files may be stored in Google Drive rather than directly in Supabase. A lead folder may be configured so that anyone who has its link can access or edit its contents. You are responsible for protecting the folder link and sharing it only with people you trust. Anyone who receives or forwards an editable link may be able to view, download, change, add, or delete files. Do not upload sensitive personal data, passwords, payment-card details, health information, government identifiers, or confidential third-party information unless we have expressly agreed on a secure method.
6. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and transaction records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by record type and applicable requirements. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls and third-party platforms with security features. No system or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Your choices and privacy rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete certain personal information, or object to certain uses, by emailing us. We will verify requests as appropriate and respond subject to applicable law. We may retain information that is required for transactions, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or other permitted purposes.
Residents of jurisdictions with additional privacy rights, including California where applicable, may have rights to know, correct, delete, or obtain information about certain disclosures and to receive nondiscriminatory treatment for exercising those rights. LinTech Staffing does not sell personal information for money and does not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, subject to verification.
8. Children’s privacy
LinTech Staffing provides business services and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy as our services, practices, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the website or directly when appropriate.
